I've worked in real estate for 4 years and have keys to over 90 houses. I work with 15 builders across this city, and I also have loan officers that I deal with on a regular basis. I also have keys to most apts or homes that anyone would be interested in.
First you need a application, then pay stubs, photo ID, and W2s. Some apts have fees, and some don't. Some management companies require social security cards, and some don't. We also do credit checks. Some will take an extra month's rent some charge extra for pets.
