Many experiences in a short amount of time can compile together when you're doing real estate. I love it because I set my own hours, it gets me out and about and I interact with all kinds of new people from different experiences. I'm also learning how and why people make decisions the way they do. Real estate is part of a process for me to become a life coach, while having fun and getting paid =)
A renter gets my full attention when they call and tell me about themselves and their current situation, emails take me a little longer (sorry i'm not at the computer all day). Getting to know the renter is important so I can understand their personality and what is most important to them. By knowing the renter needs/wants and budget, I am in a better position to find their apartment in the shortest amount of time
