Copy of a photo ID Copy of pay stub or bank statement Signed copy of the fee disclosure by each applicant Below are some questions that will help me get a better understanding of what you are looking for and how I may be able to help you. How many people are moving? When do you need to move by? Why are you moving? How many bedrooms/baths? Any other must haves i.e. parking, laundry, hardwoods, public transportation etc.? What style of apartment are you looking for i.e. single family, split, multi-family, single building, complex? What areas or towns are you looking at? What is your budget? How is your credit/references?
