I manage several properties in the Low Country. The types of properties range from apartments/condos to multi million dollar coastal homes. I assist owners in their day to day maintenance of their properties. Some of my clients only live here seasonally. I also help my clients find tenants for both their seasonal and year round properties.
Being a second generation in the property management industry I know a lot about the business. I also truly enjoy what I do. I have never had a client drop me do to performance issues, only if they are selling their home. I have even been recommended to the new owners. I'm always available 24 hours a day.
