I am an agent specializing in finding college students the apartment they need based on their individual requirements. I have housed many students from Berklee College of Music and other surrounding schools in the Fenway, Kenmore, Back Bay, Allston, Brighton, Mission Hill, and South End neighborhoods.
To receive help from me a renter would need to contact me at joshua@newwavebostonre.com, or by phone via call or text message for an appointment to be made. I would then help a renter prepare themselves and/or their party to close on the apartment they like, and one that fits their needs the most, quickly and efficiently.
