I have over 15 years of experience in real estate, sales and management. I'm currently a co-owner in the Harlem office of Rapid Realty and although Harlem is my base, I'm versed in all neighborhoods in Manhattan. I have relationships with many management companies and private landlords. These relationships make it easier for me to help find the perfect apartment and get the deal processed.
After determining a client's requirements, several apartments will be chosen to view. A welcome letter will be e-mailed which outlines the process and what paperwork is requested by most management companies. Once an apartment is chosen, I will compile all documents and submit to management company. Once client is approved, I will schedule lease signing and provide a smooth transition.
