Having spent 5 years in the real estate industry, I joined Benton Properties last Spring. Their philosophy is to make the renter happy, and I definitely share that philosophy. Owning a property is one thing, but making sure the renter is satisfied with it is another.
Being able to manage rental properties is no easy task. The amount of work to make sure a building is livable and comfortable for a tenant is hard to describe, but knowing the renter is happy is vastly rewarding.
