The most expensive two bedroom rentals in Santa Barbara are in Riviera, for $2,640; only there and Eastside are more expensive. Most neighborhoods in the city are less expensive, Upper State is the lowest, renting two bedroom apartments for an average of $1,900. Rates tend to escalate in the fall, especially October.
