Rental rates do tend to fluctuate, showing the lowest rates in June and highest in August, with rates maintaining the listed averages in the surrounding months.

Corn Hill is a very close knit community, and hosts various events of several varieties regularly. Corn Hill Neighbors is a group of residents designated to organize these events. The neighbors organize some events just for fun, neighbor to neighbor interaction, such as Oktoberfest Beer Tasting, Avery (outdoor) Mall Fridays, Picnic Socials / Potlucks, and the First Paddle kayak and canoe day. Rochester is not known for supporting the arts, but Corn Hill is, specifically for its Annual Arts Festival, which consists of four stages of live music, hundreds of artists displays of all types, and is rated in the top 200 festivals in the U.S. They also sponsor regular local talent performances,and (weather permitting) live bands on weekends. Some events are for more than just fun, such as beautification clean-ups, food drives, charity walks, career fairs, citizen preparedness programs, farmer’s markets and more!
