Renter Friendly
MyApartmentMap Guide - Real Estate Agent
Stevens Square is one of the most renter friendly neighborhoods in Minneapolis. It is located directly in the center of the city, and has one of the highest population density rates of any in the city due to the many apartments heavily lining the streets. The neighborhood is made up of many old brownstone apartments, and the mansions in Stevens Square have been subdivided in recent decades into more apartments, leaving the rate of renters much higher than owners. Rental rates in this area are among the lowest, and access to amenities is among the most convenient in the city.
