The small neighborhood of Centennial Hills is home to more than 115 restaurants. While many areas in the country have an abundance of one type of cuisine or another, this is Las Vegas, and there is nothing uniform about it. The most upscale dining in the neighborhood is T-Bones Chophouse. Another popular American style eatery is Bob Taylor’s Ranch House, quite on the other end of the ambiance scale. Leticia’s Mexican Cocina is top of the list for local Mexican, as Sammy’s is for Pizza, Shucks Tavern & Oyster Bar is for seafood, and Smashburger is for burgers. The Cracked Egg is a great breakfast restaurant. There really is plenty for every craving in Centennial Hills.

Rental rates in Centennial Hills are the second highest in Las Vegas, after only the Sun City/Summerlin area. One bedroom apartments rent for an average of $740 per month, two bedrooms for $1,110. Two bedrooms in Sun City/Summerlin rent for an average of $1,137, slightly higher, while the neighborhood with the lowest rental rates, Michael Way, rents them for $712 monthly. Three bedroom apartments in Centennial Hills are only slightly higher than two bedrooms, showing an average of $1,190 monthly.
