There are dozens of apartments in the Riverside area listed on this site, and in my opinion there aren’t many areas in the city that are more renter friendly than Riverside. There’s a vast range of prices to match anyone’s budget, whether it’s $600 or $2,000, and the value you receive in return is more than worth it. Riverside’s major roads also roughly mark the borders of the neighborhoods. Interstate 10 is on the the community’s northern border, US Route 17 sits on the western side, and 211 on the southern end. With access to these roads, Riverside is a great neighborhood for commuters who need to travel to other areas of Jacksonville or surrounding towns/cities for work. Route 95 is also just a few minutes away, which of course is famously known for extending from Florida to Maine. The number of nearby major roads definitely makes up for the lack of great public transit options.
