You’ll easily be able to find pet friendly amenities in the East Side rental listings and the community. In the latter, there are three dog parks nearby: Eastwood Dog Park (Album Park), Tierra Este Dog Park, and the Pet’s Barn Dog Park. There are also the usual pet businesses in the area, such as stores, groomers, trainers, etc. As for housing, I’d say almost half of the listed properties right now cater to pets. I would recommend Villas at Zaragosa, Sun Hollow, and Ridgemar if you’re looking for an apartment complex. However, the majority of pet friendly listings are stand alone units that are uploaded onto this site individually.

The last time I checked there were nearly 75 East Side properties on My Apartment Map. This neighborhood undoubtedly offers some of the best variety in El Paso rentals. Clients of mine have recently found apartments here for as low as $550 a month, while others have paid upwards of $2,000. It really depends on what type of digs you’re looking for and if you’re willing to settle for a lower price. Either way, there are plenty of options. The East Side has emerged as one of the most renter friendly areas in the entire city; I would highly encourage you to take advantage of the housing opportunities now, because popularity will only continue to increase in the future.
