Buckhead is a large swathe of Atlanta that is practically its own city, covering all of the ground between Midtown’s border and I-285. Sometimes called the “Beverly Hills of the East,” this affluent neighborhood is the home of many professional networking events for a reason. Chastain Park is one of the largest and most beautiful parks in the area, containing a gorgeous amphitheater that occasionally hosts concerts and the Atlanta Symphony. Each month, using over 1 million Rentable listings across the United States, we calculate the median 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rent prices by city, state, and nation, and track the month-over-month percent change. To avoid small sample sizes, we restrict the analysis for our reports to cities meeting minimum population and property count thresholds.
