I would like to use my voucher for the apartments in Deer Park called Providence Town Square. They are new to Deer Park and participate in the housing authority program. Will it be a problem?
It shouldn't be a problem if they participate in Section 8. You need to contact the complex directly though; some have different requirements (income, etc.), and things such as waiting lists and applications. I recommend calling them to get specific information, and ask about availability:(713)491-4275.
