  Where is the best place to look for rentals near Spokane community College? Best= LOW CRIME(better; no crime) best deal for price, nice neighbors!

    I rented a home on East Massion Av back a few years ago. It was a two bedroom house that four of us shared. We paid 795 a month for the rent. I felt very safe there and the neighbors were very friendly. Good luck with your search.
