  I need to rent an apartment near TJMC in PA from 22aug to 13 sept 2012. I have to do observer-ship at the above mentioned college.

    The Medical College should be helping you find a place to stay, but I would suggest looking at hotels since you aren't staying for long. You should also contact the University for help with finding the places.
