  Finding furnished rentals on MyApartmentMap is tricky as they don't allow you to search for that specific critera. I do see a slew of places for rent in the area @ http://www.myapartmentmap.com/list/colleges/or/... . Might make sense to start contacting them one by one to see what they offer, might get lucky.
