    No, I'm sorry Touro doesn't have on campus housing. But you can find apartments really close here http://www.myapartmentmap.com/map/colleges/ny/t...

    Also there is public transportation so you wont need a car.

    I do not believe so, but you can check with the colleges' website and see what they offer as a suggestion for housing.
