    Hi,

    There are lots of one-bedroom options in walking distance of UNCG, however most of them have private bed and bath, but shared kitchen area. I did find some, albeit further away, that may have their own cooking facilities but did not specify in the ad.

    I think this may be your best bet. They claim to be the biggest off-campus UNCG housing provider.

    Likely you would be able to save money if you were willing to have a shared kitchen, so this is something you may want to consider.
