Me and my roommate are trying to find a 2 bedroom apartment near the university for under $700 a month. So far we have only found 1 that is 10 minutes away and another that is 20 minutes away. The apartment on Colleen Road offered a 0 security deposit in November are they still offering that? It would be very helpful if they were.
