My cousin is looking for an apartment (1 bedroom) near by UIUC campus by July 23rd. Any recommendations? Thanks!

  As for apartments that are available by the 23rd, you will need to contact the landlord of the apartment(s) that you are interested in. Most apartments are either available on the 15th of the month or the 1st, so your cousin will need to either find an apartment by the 15th or wait until the 1st of August.
