I am looking for furnished apartment for grandson who will be attending costal college.Do you have anything availabe furnished or unfurnished. Thanks

  There's only one rental nearby that's furnished, a few others that are a bit further away. It's a 4 bedroom house so I don't think it's right for your grandson unless he has a few friends that he can room with.   As for unfurnished, you have a few more options in the area in this case. Here's a map that includes both furnished and unfurnished, and as you can see there are a couple nice places nearby:

  To the east and northeast of the college are two nice places, Fountain Lake Apartments and Palm Club Apartments. Those look to be the best options for a student in the area, even if they are unfurnished. Best of luck.
