I am looking for a 1 bedroom, 600+sq ft, washer and dryer for under $600, near UNF.

  San Pablo Apartments is very close to UNF and a one bedroom starts at $625. You would have to contact them to see if they have a washer and dryer in the unit. http://www.myapartmentmap.com/property/5497298/
  
  Coquina Bay Apartments is right next door but their 1 bedrooms start at 700. http://www.myapartmentmap.com/property/5497296/ You would also have to contact them about the washer and dryer.
  
  Another option would be a studio apartment as they look to be in the 500-600 range.
