I am from Chicago without a car coming to attend Miami Dade College Kendall Campus. I was trying to find an inexpensive APT that's furnished that's nearby Kendall Campus and doesn't require a 12 month lease. I will like to stay there only while I'm in school so the Summer I won't be living there.
