Hi Andrew- The Towers at University Town Center is open to ALL STUDENTS. We offer individual leases, meaning the rent is per person/per bedroom and you dont have to find your own roommates! The great thing is so much is included: Fully furnished (dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, leather sofa, chair, coffee table, TV stand, end table, bed, dresser, desk and desk chair), basic cable with OnDemand-HBO, wireless Internet, washer and dryers in apartment, and your own private bathroom in each bedroom. You can also get a good workout in our State-of-the-Art fitness center; later take a dip in the rooftop pool. Better yet, lounge around in our game room.
