Hi, I'm a new international student of SCU from Fall 2012. I want to rent a bedroom in house or apartment with furniture for my family(me,my wife and our puppy). Max 750/month.

  I couldn't find any furnished apartments that fit in your price range within 30 miles of the university on MyApartmentMap. There aren't many furnished properties in the area, really, you have to look a bit further from campus to find a substantial amount of them. Maybe you should lower your price range and use the extra money to buy furniture. Just a suggestion. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
