Need lots of financial information on renting at. My husband is going to school in January at East Los Angeles College. We don't have a lot of money and I know nothing about the area. Can someone tell me what type of rental costs I will encounter? Also where is a good place to look for jobs? Also we have one car, anyone know what I should budget for car insurance and parking at the school? Thanks
