  Hi. The DVC site has a list of apartments they recommend, you can see it here at this link. A website called Uloop has a listing for DVC and there are a few ads you may find useful, you can find it at this link.
  
  I definitely understand your hope to find a roommate, the Pleasant Hill area is not cheap!
