  Some of these apartments require a minimum income. What if you were a student and you don't have any source of income, but do have financial security? As in they have enough to pay the apartments without a source of income.

    I would go ahead and submit a rental application and see what they say. Every situation is unique. I imagine if you can demonstrate that you can pay the rent, you should be ok?
