Would you recommend Beacon Hill apartments for a mother and her child? I like the location and it's cheap rent but I need a place that is child friendly and safe. It says it has a yard in the description but does it have a playground or anything for kids to do? What are other tenants like? are they older? people like me in their 30's or younger?
