In the past and present I have had tenants leave or get out of their lease early. Not my fault they just found cheaper places to live or move in with loved ones. the problem is I'm loosing money because I have to search for new tenants and it is a long process. I was wondering if I should and allowed to charge a fee if a tenant wants to get out of a lease early?
