I want to find a place that comes with a washer or dryer or a laundry room in the building, last place I had walk 10 block to the laundry mat. I want to stay in downtown but have a 1 bedroom with a little backyard or patio area. Must also have parking, I have to park so far away from my apartment building. I can pay $800 a month.
