Ask your landlord first, but if he says you can't get out of it then your company should help you pay the money or give you a fee to help compensate. The company can't just relocate you and expect that you can just leave your house like that and pay rent for somewhere you aren't living.

Trying to get out of my lease. My company has relocated my position to another state. I just resigned my lease. Is there anyway I can get out of it?
