Live in luxury or house in a quiet neighborhood. I'm in a bind, I'm looking at renting prices around $900 and I'm finding many luxury apartments for rent but also some houses to rent for the same price. I like the amenities and services of the luxury apartment but I feel like it would be smart to get a house because of the space for the price.
