I have a huge dilemma. I am a single mother of two, am being asked to leave my current apartment(not my doing) and I have 2 weeks to find another 2 bedroom in the Fairfax area that accepts section 8. Is this even legal? I figured I would have some rights and be given some notice, especially since I am under lease until early next year.
