I found a house on Mumford drive for only $1300 and it has 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and a garage and large fenced backyard. Not to sound gracious but this is the cheapest listing i've seen so far and ive found 3-4 bedroom in this town for $1500. Why has no one grabed it yet?
