Flower Mound, TX ApartmentsCommunity ForumAny info on Archstone Lexington?
Any info on Archstone Lexington? I looked at a one bedroom apartment at Archstone Lexington. It seems really nice there. But I feel like they have a lot of rules. I really don't want the management crawling down my back all the time. Has anyone ever lived there, do you recommend it?
Most places that seem to have a lot of rules have a history of having bad tenants so they have to make these rules in order to stay on top of their tenants that have been bad in the past. If you are going to be a good tenant, then you don't have to worry about the management. Just make sure to pay your rent on time and avoid causing other people in the complex to complain about you for noise or any other nuisances. Good luck.
