Trying to determine the key differences between serveral apartment complexes. I am looking at a few places, 1) Camellia Trace at Mountain View which has 2 bedrooms listed @ $845 - $895 and 2) Kingstown Colony which has 2 bedrooms for much much cheaper, the range is $545 - $580. My question is does paying the additional $300 at Camellia give me $300 additional value?
