  Torn between two complexes in Fairview. I am torn between the following places:
  Caspian Hills or Park Village of Fairview
   
  I like both a ton, the only reason I would be leaning towards Caspian is due to the fact that is it very new, which means clean.

    I would definitely go for Caspian Hills because it's new, simple as that.
