I am a young teacher looking to move into a nice community. I want to live in Columbia but will be commuting to Lexington/Pelion area. I would love a decent quality apartment and I don't mind it being small but am looking for one with good reviews and thus far haven't found one. Does anyone have any recommendations? I need to save money and can make some compromises but don't want to be hustled and don't want to live in filth. Suggestions?
MyApartmentMap doesn't have "reviews", but may have some visitors that can give honest recommendations. I hope someone sees this post. Another suggestion, Google "Apartment Reviews" + "City Name". There are a few sites that allow their visitors to post apartment reviews.
