I've always wanted to move down to this area and be near the beach! I'm thinking of making a big change by next year and just picking up and moving down. I want to find a 2 bedroom apartment close to the beach (furthest 10 miles) but I'm concerned about this area during the summer, is it only a tourist spot or are they're a ton of corporations and business parks close by (i need to look for a job).

  There are plenty of two bedrooms places for lease here and they will range from right around $650.00 and up depending on the location. There are a lot of people here in the summer but, we now have more roads and able to get around a whole lot better than the years past. We do have some corpations and buisness parks but we are a tourist town and that is where the money comes from.
