I need an apartment near USC that has utilities included. Either a 1 bedroom or studio that is very reasonable on rent. Would be interested in sharing an apartment to get cost down. Needs to be in a good area. Would appreciate any help.Thanks!
Have you checked out The Lofts at USC? The rent starts at $479 per a person for a four bedroom apartment. The rent includes the utilities. They have a shuttle bus that will take you right to the campus. You might want to give them a call, they may have renters who are looking for another roommate.
