Is this really the average price for a home in this area? 4 bedroom for under $1000 a month? I'm coming from TN so I want to make sure I'm looking at the prices correctly. It is in a cul de sac is there anything specific I need to know about that? Are there different guideline for property owners. Is cul de sac a gated community?
