I'm interested in a 2 bedroom apartments that is attached to the landlord's house. I have only lived in a apartment building before and need to know if this is a better or worse living arrangements. I like my privacy and not having busy neighbors but I'm worried if there's stricter rules to have guest over especially with the parking issue.
