Found my dream place but its over my price range. I love the apartment complex on 300 East Evan street. They designed each unit differently and I like being unique like that. The cost is a little over my price range but i love the designs, how can decrease the price?
Good luck. Most complexes rental prices are set in stone. Now, if the complex in question was having trouble filling vacancies, you might be able to negotiate. It never hurts to ask, so I would go ahead and contact the property manager and run it by him or her.
