Upper Darby Weed and Seed? My neighbor was just telling me Upper Darby is a Weed and Seed Community. Basically, it's a program that weeds out the bad guys and plants or seeds resources into the area that actually help the community. This is a wonderful idea and I like this approach. Having just rented here, I think I made the right decicsion.

I would also invest in a grammar booklet, check amazon.
