There is no filter option for hardwood floors so I would suggest that you find an apartment with your other amenities and then look at the pictures or contact the realtor to see if the apartment has hardwood floors. In order to find an apartment to TCMC you can use the map option and see where the apartments are and see if they are close to the campus. In order to find out when you can move in, or if the apartment can hold off until August, you will most likely need to contact the realtor.
