Is the neighborhood on W Fifth Street low income housing and resident? I found a 4 bedroom house on this street which accepts section 8 housing so I'm not sure if this where people in low poverty live. Me and my roommates are looking for 3-4 bedroom house from $1000-1400, should we look at other places?
