Can someone give me more information on Brookside Manor Apartments? This is the only building I found asking for $900 for a 1 bedroom and t6he apartments look new, modern and in good shape. But I never get my hopes up and want to know why it's so cheap when everyone else is asking for over $1000 in rent? The wall colors are also very colorful does that mean we can paint our apartments?
